Three weeks before this stay, I was here for eight nights, and a mistake by the reception staff caused my deposit refund to take over a month. I complained about it, asked them to prevent it from happening again, and then stayed for three more nights. The manager who handled my case was extremely honest and straightforward. To apologise, they gave me a substantial room upgrade and Executive Lounge access. They went above and beyond, expressing their sincere apology by not even taking a deposit when I checked in and allowing me to pay the total room cost only upon check-out. I will certainly stay here again when I come back to Yangon, and I highly recommend it if you're looking for the best all-around hotel experience in the city.

Spacious room, good layout with great bathroom facilities. The bed was comfortable and the room was perfect for our requirement. The staff were fantastic, courteous and welcoming. The breakfast was great. The location was central to the downtown Yangon and perfect for shopping and street food. The Spa facilities were also great.

I took the corner room where I can see Shwedagon Pagoda and the city from other side. It's super nice location. Being adjacent to Junction City shopping Mall there are many food options, shopping, movie theatre available. Really nice and helpful staff. I would say my stay was super nice at this hotel. Recommend without any second thought.

We had a wonderful time at this Hotel! It’s definitely a 5 Star Hotel at European standards. Breakfast and dinner were just amazing. Staff was super nice and we met some of the friendliest people ever in a Hotel. Words really cant describe how much we enjoyed staying at the Pan Pacific. If you are in Yangon for business or leisure you need to stay here! We would go back in a heartbeat!

Lovely ambience, spacious rooms, great breakfast, connected to a shopping mall, live acoustic music at the bar. Hotel is walking distance to Bogyoke Market across the road. Not far from Shwedagon Pagoda, which is beautiful at night. Best to take cabs which usually accept either USD or their local currency.

Lovely ambience. Incredibly helpful staff who helped me on my issue with my luggage at the airport. They provided a packed breakfast for my very early flight and helped to book a cab to the airport. Food at the breakfast area was great with a lovely combination of Burmese food and Singaporean food which was a definite plus. Shopping mall was connected to the hotel. Bogyoke market was directly opposite the hotel. Shwedagon Pagoda was 5 minutes away. Room was incredibly spacious and faced the river on one side of the building.

Prime location just next to the junction shopping mall where you can find good options for restaurants and supermarket. few steps to the local market. good breakfast, very good and clean room, very good AC. Very nice pool with view.

The hotel is very nice and well located downtown in front of Bogyoke market and near Sule pagoda. The pool is beautiful and relaxing in the middle of the bustling downtime. Breakfast is huge and has lots of variety.

Beautiful views of Shwedagon, with a nice wellness floor to relax and unwind. Perfect location to visit Bogyoke market and explore downtown Yangon. Friendly staff 😊

Well designed and comfortable room with expansive views. Hotel well located for tourists in heart of city. Solid breakfast. Excellent infinity swimming pool.
